Here is a list of new features and bug fixes in Helpdesk Pilot. This new version is available to all old customers of Helpdesk Pilot(any prior version) and it is highly recommended.
- New feature: Customer Verification feature to reduce Spam
- New Feature: Mail notification for customer on ticket status change.
- Fixed issue where some tickets auto closed by the system used to be shown as being closed by some staff.
- CSV export for Billing report will now show entire data, irrespective of paging data that is shown in the application.
- Fixed rare issue in quote reply feature on the customer panel
- Fixed issue where "Attach a file" link was shown even when attachments were disallowed
- Fixed issue when attachment name contains single quotes
- Fixed issue on New Ticket page on Admin panel when entered data was lost after a customer Lookup is performed.
- Fixed issue - Approved staff email had incorrect link, New staff registered notification mail had wrong link.
- Mass Reply on tickets whose subject line contain single quotes were throwing errors, Now Fixed
- Issue with the SSL enabled SMTP outgoing mail was found and corrected. The system was not sending mail when SMTP with SSL was enabled.
- Login Mode dropdown list (on customer panel login page) will now list Active Directory name as the default option
- Security related issues fixed
