Bug fixes, improvements and enhancements in Helpdesk Pilot version 4.4.0:
Edited Customer panel ticket detail page to rectify bug where incorrect ticket specific custom field information was being displayed in the ticket detail page
Better incoming email decoding now. Previously hardcoded to UTF-8 it will now check the configuration table to find the default language set and then decide accordingly
All upgrade files leading to version 4.3.0 corrected to check if any language column is missing in the database. If they are missing, it will be added
Fixed bug when customer email form was not sending any content in the email
Fixed bug when Private note email was not sending any content in the email
Fixed bug when mail with attachment was not sending any content in the email
Change made to SLA plugin to use SMTP for outgoing emails
Change made in Customer Group plugin to allow spaces for group names
Rectified typo error in lang charset encoding name which was affecting certain functionalities
Correction for proper character set encoding for auto responders specifically when session lang variable is not set
Corrections made for better special characters visibility on tickets_view page for foreign languages
Correction made ticket detail page for web form replies submitted by customer
In admin panel, show related tickets view correction
Corrected auto responder for private note, assign and closure of ticket with and w/o message tag in the mail body
New feature to see all tickets raised by members of a Customer Group (works with Customer group plugin)
New Information Banner available in Manage >> Settings page to inform Helpdesk Pilot users about availability of new version/build
New Assign To functionality on Tickets View page
