Installing Notice Manager Plugin

You can use the notice manager plugin to add a note to logon page and in the header. This is particularly useful when you want to inform your customers about 'site maintenance', 'downtime' or 'known network issues'.

Install instructions:
  1. Download the noticemanager plugin.
  2. Extract the zip file and move the notice manager folder to your /helpdesk/plugins directory.
  3. Logon to your helpdesk and go to your Manage -> Plugins folder.
  4. Install the notice manager plugin and set your notice message
