How to browse only unassigned tickets & tickets assigned to specifc staff?

Adding staff specific filter while sorting tickets in Ticket View page of the Admin Panel
Note: This feature can be exercised only by admin and staff members who have permission to view all assigned and unassigned tickets
To list all tickets that have not yet been assigned to any staff member - just search
staff: none in the search box.
To list all tickets that have been assigned to a particular staff member with user name John - just search
staff: john in the search box.
As suggested in above example, the generic search keyword would be this:
You can switch between different ticket status like New, Open, On-Hold while performing this search.
