Download and Install Form Spam Prevention Plugin

A free captcha plugin (displays a security image that user has to key in to submit the form) that helps you prevent robot based spam. REQUIRES: GD Module for PHP enabled.

Install instructions:

1. Download the Form Spam Prevention plugin.
2. Extract the zip file and move the formspamprevention folder to your /helpdesk/plugins directory.
3. Logon to your helpdesk and go to your Manage -> Plugins folder.
4. Install the form spam prevention plugin and set your preferences
